Client: Oakstand

Currajong is assisting property developer Oakstand with various planning tasks for their 18-hectare site located within the Shiralee Urban Release Area at Orange. Currajong prepared a submission to the Orange Housing Strategy and lodged a subsequent Planning Proposal to rezone part of the site from RE1 Public Recreation to R1 General Residential, which is being supported by Orange City Council. Currajong is also providing assistance with the lodgement of several Development Applications for subdivision of the land for a range of lot sizes and residential developments.
