Currajong has managed the design development phase to obtain consent for the Lake Sustainable Energy Precinct near Lake Cargelligo, which also involved the obtaining of an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit. The project involves various sustainable energy innovations, including a photovoltaic voltaic solar farm, hydrogen gas plant, steam turbine electricity generator, thermal energy storage, greenhouse and aquaculture developments. Currajong is also assisting with the detailed design phase, with a Construction Certificate for a Stage 1 Assembly Building being issued at the end of 2023.
